Jorge was very helpful, courteous and I have no complaints with his service. The engineers were unable to find a problem with my car. I paid a large fee. Within 24 hours the problem was back. I am still waiting for a response. The car is under warranty which just makes it all frustrating. My rating is purely related to the problem not being resolved.

I brought my Silverado in to be detailed. I was told the cost would be $300.00 and the detail would take several hours. I told my Service Writer that I would stay at the dealership for a few hours and then, it it was not getting close to being finished, I would call my wife and she could come and pick me up and I would come back to the dealership the following morning to pick up the truck. I cam back the following morning and they truck was not finished. I was told that the detailing work was backed up and they did not know if the truck would be done that day. The Service Writer arranged to give me a loaner car and said he would call me when it was finished. At 3:00 pm it was still not finished . I drove back to my home in Snohomish and was told the truck was ready to pick up at the end of the day. I told the Service Writer I could not drive back to the dealership from my home in Snohomish until the following morning. I drove back for the third time on the following morning and picked up the truck and returned the loaner car, The detail work on the truck was well done but the final bill was $350+ dollars. I had to pay an extra surcharge because it was a pickup and not a car. Adding the tax made the bill almost 20% higher than what I was expecting. Driving from my house in Snohomish to the dealership in Kirkland at commute house is no picnic. Having to do it 4 times, 3 by me and once by my wife wasted a whole day. My Service writer was very polite and I know he was not in control of the workflow with the detail department. He apologized for the inconvenience and got me a loaner car which I appreciate. Still, for the whole thing to play our over 3 days and involve 4 back and forth trips from Snohomish was really frustrating. I have been a good customer of Lee Johnson for over 50 years and have purchased several vehicles. I lived in Kirkland within a few blocks of the dealership from 1973 until 2018. My wife and I moved north to Snohomish County to be closer to our grandkids and the distance between my house and the dealership went from a few short blocks to a brutal 20+ mile commute each way. My frustrations were tied to these logistics.

The steep pricing for basic service seems very customer unfriendly. $170 for a software update to fix a known bug, and a quote of $540 to replace coolant in two out of three loops. It's hard to avoid the feeling that this is GM trying to compensate for EVs needing less servicing by price gouging on the few that are needed. The service itself was fine, I assume it's GM corporate policy to set these prices? I'll look into other options for my next car.

The morning of my service appt, I called, and was going to cancel the service appt for my work vehicle (Chev Equinox), because I'm so busy with work - when I spoke with Tim, he had a loaner car all lined up for me! Ever hear of dealer delema? Well, I take my vette to be serviced there knowing the fact. Stated my 10 year old battery died and most likely need a new one. They spent almost 3 hours doing and oil change and apparently testd my whole electrical system. $230 charge to tell me my 10 year old battery is fine. Long story short I demanded a battery replacement in liu of all this unecessay diagnostics. Almost $600 after 3 1/2 hours there out the door. Yup, dealer delema.

Once again LJC provided excellent service, got me in on short notice on a Saturday for my vehicle with a problem not starting, turned out to be a bad battery. Once again the service was excellent, the people were great and the cost for parts ridiculously expensive! In excess of $500 for a new battery. I hate to say it but once my warranty is up, depending on the issue I will be taking my car elsewhere for service where replacement parts are more resonably priced. Again I want to reiterate excellent service, the people are great. The price for parts, way over the top, even for a dealer.

Everything was good except a couple of small things. The mechanic must’ve worked on a greasy car before ours because our steering wheel was greasy when we received it. That was a little annoying. The “one pedal” driving was also switched off by him or her, and it was left that way without me knowing about it until we drove away… that could have been a dangerous situation, as I always drive with it on. Other than those things it was fine.

Thomas, Brady and D are all incredible sales men! I’ve been in sales my whole life and have lead many teams to successful careers. These guys would make it to the top of my list of MVP’s. Their commitment to the customer, doing things “right” with the customer in mind is wholeheartedly. They respected me and my budget by not trying to oversell me when I told them I could not afford more add-ons. Brady went back to the lot several times to see if he could find cars with the exact specs I was looking for and was even brave enough to ride with me on a test drive😂 The next day my budget and circumstances changed dramatically and I called back for Brady and he was with another client so D helped me and helped answer every question I had. I was trying to realize which options were needs and which were wants and I knew it would be easier in person- so did he, but he was willing to help me on the phone anyway! I then came into the store and Thomas was available, while Brady and D were with clients. I will say, after our conversation on the phone, D brought a car up to show me that would “check all of the boxes…Thomas showed it to me and I fell in LOVE with it! Thomas answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. He then showed me a couple of other comparable cars, but nope- I wanted the car that D picked out for me! I bought it and plan on getting some all-weather mats with my Chevy Points! The only thing that bothers me is that the sales folks only make a measly $200 per sale! I was shocked to hear it and felt truly terrible because they ran their butts off and shared their bountiful knowledge with me and didn’t try to shove a vehicle down my throat. No hourly wage?? That’s outrageous. Chevy should do better. I paid $32,401 for my beautiful new car and they have to split $200 three ways. Shame on you! Five stars to these guys, well done Thomas, Brady, and D! Thank you!🙏😁🤩🎉

Dee went to work for us, recognizing how much we wanted to sign a lease at an appropriate price and got us a fantastic deal, tailing us as we were about to call it quits to offer us a within shooting distance of our budget. I think the actual customer service I got was terrific. Very friendly. However, the prices is another matter. I only continue coming to your dealership out of loyalty since I have family that works there and I want to support you guys, but when I researched how much it would cost to repair my window, the ballpark figure was between 300-600, but you guys charged me twice that much and wouldn't even look at it until I paid a $300 diagnostic feed. I actually got charged 3 different diagnostic fees. I remember a time where there was a flat free and they would tell you everything that was wrong with the vehicle. Customer service is good, prices are way too high. Also, please bring back transportation for anyone that will be waiting longer than a few hours for their vehicle. You use to have uber/lyft for people that need a ride back and forth, but got rid of it. You guys use to provide a shuttle service, but got rid of it. I am not sure if you guys still offer rentals, but I wasn't offered to be covered for one or anything, so yeah, please consider bringing back some sort of shuttle/transportation service for auto work that will take longer than 4-6 hours (mine took about 6-7 days as I was waiting for various parts).

As usual the service and service people were outstanding. The cost of the service was obscene. $1600. + for the installation of two batteries and one negative battery cable, plus the shipping fee for the negative battery cable that you did not have in stock means that I will have to find someone else to service my vehicle. I will miss you, but can't afford you.

On Saturday, I had a very frustrating experience at Lee Johnson. I had scheduled my service appointment for 2:30 PM, but after driving from Buckley, WA — a trip that took over two hours because of two broken bridges and at least four Charlie Kirk protests — I arrived at 2:31 with my three children, including a 9-month-old baby. When I got there, I was told my appointment was actually at 2:00 PM. The service employee was extremely unwilling to help, and only after a lot of insistence did they agree to check me in. Even then, I was forced to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes before Quick Lube could take my car. During that long wait, I had no choice but to spend about $100 on fast food to keep my kids fed and calm. Ironically, that money could have covered an oil change and tire rotation in just 30 minutes here in Buckley. In the end, I felt foolish for paying for a service agreement in Kirkland, spending unnecessary money, and losing my entire Saturday afternoon (from 12:30 PM until 7:30 PM) just for an oil change — especially when I was told, out of laziness, that a tire rotation wasn’t necessary.

While I appreciate the SuperCruise update, I am still dismayed as to the lack of enhancements to SuperCruise even after 3 years after I bought the car while Tesla, Mercedes, and the ilk has made vast improvements into their self-driving systems. Even Waymo has launched into more cities while SuperCruise is same ol', same ol'.

I scheduled service due to a malfunctioning key fob. Note I had the battery in the key fob replaced at the dealership about a month before. Turns out the battery was again the problem, dealership replaced and I was made hole so I only paid the cost of one battery replacement. My comment on key fob's is they are a unnecessary piece of bling. I'd much prefer an old fashioned key!

The service I received was acceptable. However, there was confusion when I was assigned to a different service rep than the one who checked me in. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours without hearing anything. After asking another (third) service rep, I came to find out that it had been fixed for hours without notifying me, and I'd been lost in the shuffle. No explanation or apology was offered.
